At Durham Music Trust, we believe music changes lives. Every child deserves the chance to take part, no matter their background. That’s why we work hard to make music open and welcoming for all children and young people across County Durham and Darlington.

But we can’t do it alone.

Your regular support helps us to:

• Run over 40 free music groups – from orchestras and choirs to bands, percussion and special school ensembles – costing more than £110,000 each year

• Give young people the chance to perform in amazing places like Durham Cathedral, Sage Gateshead, the Gala Theatre and in their own communities

• Offer unforgettable experiences playing alongside world-class musicians like VOCES8, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, the Hallé, National Youth Jazz Orchestra and more
