DMS Stars Band Darlington 2025-26

DMS Stars Band Darlington is a friendly and vibrant music group where you can learn to play different styles of music and start your journey towards becoming a complete musician.  Rehearsals are aimed at pupils in the earlier stages of their playing, from Beginner to Grade 3, and incorporate music and activities that focus on the core ensemble skills of playing in time together, following a conductor and understanding how different parts fit together to make a band piece.

Rehearsals are weekly during term time Monday 4.00 pm - 4.45 pm in the drama studios at Hummersknott Academy.

Instruments: Flute, clarinet, saxophone, oboe, bassoon, cornet, trumpet, trombone, euphonium, baritone, French horn, tenor horn, tuba, drums

Level: Beginner to Grade 3
