DMS Stars Orchestra North 2025-26

Rehearsals are on Mondays during term-time between 3:30 and 4:30pm in the Hermitage Academy music department.  The orchestra is open to players of all bowed string instruments.  All pupils both primary and secondary are welcome as long as they've had instrumental lessons for at least one year.  Come along and enjoy playing music with friends from across the Chester-le-Street area.  The orchestra performs a wide-range of fun music ranging from Mozart to the Movies!

Instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass

Level: Pre Grade 1 pupils who have been playing for a year to Grade 4
