DMS Stars Orchestra North 2024 - 25

Our aim is to give budding musicians the opportunity to play fun pieces ranging from classical music to film themes, folk and pop songs.

We usually perform two concerts each year and rehearse most weeks during term-time Mondays 3.30 - 4.15 pm.

Come and join us, meet new friends, enhance your music-reading skills and enjoy making music together.

Instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass

Level: Pre Grade 1 pupils who have been playing for a year to Grade 4

The first rehearsal date is 16^th September for Hermitage Academy students only. 

Students from other schools are welcome from 23rd September onwards. 

Parents/carers dropping off pupils are to go to the main reception to be signed in.  Music is provided, pupils just need their instrument and a smile! 

N.B. You only need to sign up once each year for ensemble
